Yes, we offer a 50% refund if you cancel at least 10 days before the camp start date.

The fee covers:

• Accommodation
• All camp activities
• Six meals, as follows:
  • Friday: Dinner
  • Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
  • Sunday: Breakfast, Lunch

• Participants paying the student rate will be assigned to a 6-bedded dormitory.
• Non-student participants will be assigned to a standard room for 2 pax.
• Each standard room can fit up to 4 people maximum, with the addition of 2 extra mattresses.

• Registration starts at 2:00 PM
• The first activity begins at 3:00 PM

• Check-out is by 12:00 PM

Please bring the following personal items:

• Towel and toiletries
• Cup and spoon (for making your own drinks during supper)
• Proper swimming attire (if you plan to use the swimming pool)

• Swimming pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Free parking is available (park at your own risk)
• Drinking water dispensers are provided
• No utensils will be provided if you wish to make drinks during supper
• Proper disposal of rubbish is expected at all times
• The following are strictly prohibited:
  • Gambling
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages
  • Smoking
  • Pets
• Youth groups must always be accompanied by adult counsellors when exploring the grounds
